Oppo R9-selling in China in 2016, beat the iPhone 6s

Once in power for five years, the dominance of Apple iPhone mobile phone in China finally broken by their own domestic products.
Oppo R9, according to research released Friday Counterpoint (27/1/2017), become top-selling mobile phones in the Bamboo Curtain country by 2016, with sales reaching 17 million units or 4 percent of the market. Apple iPhone 6s is ranked second with sales of 12 million units.
Huawei Honor Joy 5S, Oppo A33 and MI redmi Note 3 completes the list of the top five best-selling mobile phones in China last year.
Counterpoint, analysis firm headquartered in Hong Kong, also noted the mobile phone business in China in 2016, up 6 percent compared to the previous year, with 465 million units shipped.
